The lakeside experience would not be complete without a dock! A private dock allows for direct access to the water for all your actives. One can swim and kayak directly off the dock in peace due to the restricted boat use and no-wake zone.
Bring your boat (up to about 21’) and keep it right here on the lake, or rent one for your vacation.

Bird Watching Deck
Tucked in between trees and close to an estuary, this house is located perfectly for bird watching. In addition to its prime location, the house has plenty of viewing areas with a large elevated deck, as well as a bird watching observation deck that extends all the way around the enclosed sun room.
